If you suffer from any annoying symptoms that you just can’t seem to get rid of, you should contact a doctor and discuss what could be the possible cause of the problem:

  • A runny nose
  • Persistent coughing
  • Sneezing
  • Wheezing
  • Frequent headaches
  • Fatigue and a lack of energy
  • Asthma or chronic problems of your respiratory tract

Solutions

Can you use a clothesline in your backyard? Or is there a chance for you to buy a clothes dryer? Maybe you can also move your laundry from your apartment to the basement? If none of these options is viable to you, you have to make sure there is plenty of ventilation. Always open the windows in the room you use for drying your clothes. The best place to dry clothes is your bathroom, especially if it is equipped with an extraction fan.
